Our History
1999
Sanrachna was established in 1999 in New Delhi, India, as an Architecture and Structural Design practice by our Founder & CEO, Ankur Mathur. Prior to this, in 1985, his father, Mr. G. S. Mathur, founded Sanrachna Builder Pvt. Ltd., a comprehensive construction firm. Together, Sanrachna successfully executed numerous design-build projects across Delhi and the surrounding NCR region.
2002
Sanrachna was among the first design-build firms globally to implement Autodesk Revit independently on its own architectural and construction projects.
2004
2010
Sanrachna expanded its team of architects and engineers to emerge as a leader in delivering innovative, high-value BIM services to the building construction industry.
Our Founder & CEO also authored one of the earliest books on Revit, published in the United States. Witnessing the advantages of using 3D technologies in building design and construction—and believing in the transformative impact they can have on the industry—Sanrachna chose to evolve into a “Virtual Design and Construction” practice, embracing the philosophy of “Be the Change” to lead digital transformation within the building industry.
2015
2018
Sanrachna added an MEP team to offer a comprehensive range of BIM services to its valued clients.
Sanrachna established its partner firm, Auxilium Digital GmbH, in Zurich, Switzerland.
2022
Sanrachna founded its subsidiary, Sanrachna Global Infotech Inc., in New Jersey, USA.
2019
Sanrachna regularly participates in major industry events such as Autodesk University and Chicago Build in the USA.
2023
2024
Sanrachna introduced its Generative AI and Embodied Carbon Analysis services.
Sanrachna has grown into a strong team of 125+ architects, engineers, and BIM professionals delivering.
